After having tenants without heat for several days just before the new year, and having searched unsuccessfully for a competent and available heating contractor during this period, I by chance discovered D & D Plumbing and Heating. I called them about 1:30 pm and was immediately connected with their service manager, Albert Alarcon. After explaining that the hot water baseboard heating system in my duplex rentals was down, and I had tenants without heat, Albert indicated he would be out to assess the problem by 3:00 pm. He arrived about 2:00 pm and determined that the water pump had failed, and that a zone valve was also failing and needed to be replaced. He changed both, recharged the system, tested everything and checked all the thermostats, completing all repair work within two (2) hours. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and competent. I could not have been in better hands. D & D will be my go to company on all future plumbing and heating needs with my several properties.

I called D&D Plumbing in mid-April to replace my water heater as it was very old. They had me scheduled for the install within days. Upon install, they ran into several problems (partly because my system was so old). They resolved the problems on the spot. When I got home from work and I realized I didn't have hot water, I called them first thing in the morning and they were out that day resolving the issue. One of the techs even told me to contact him after hours if I had any issues when I got home that night. Friendly, responsive, and very professional. Give these guys a call.

My homeowners insurance required me to have a moen smart valve shut off installed on my main water line, I called this company up, they were out to my house the next day. They showed up on time for appt, gave me a quote, scheduled appt for install. Loved Albert's work ethic, he showed up both appt early and ready to work. Got this job done as promised, and billed me as promised on the quote no surprises! Hands down I would recommend this company to anyone needing fair prices and fast courteous services. A++++ SERVICE

Incredible service and knowledge! I had an emergency water issue and after trying 3 different companies, D&D came to my rescue. Although it ended up being a very simple six, the technician and I face timed and we found the solution. He did this late in the evening after a long day of work on a Friday. I'm grateful for people like him, true class act.

We called them tonight, a Friday, at 8pm when our bath tub faucet was leaking. Technician Scott was here within 20 minutes and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He was super friendly and professional. They also charged us half what we were quoted by another after hours plumber. Would absolutely use this company again.
