Our Design + Build Process
Here’s what you can expect when you partner with D&D Plumbing for your design/build project:
1. Initial Consultation
We meet with the owner or general contractor to understand the project scope, goals, and performance requirements.
2. Preliminary Design + Budget
We develop a rough design and provide a preliminary proposal that includes all expected design and construction costs.
3. Design Development
Once approved, we prepare permit drawings and continue to collaborate with the owner or GC for any revisions.
4. Final Design & Pricing
We produce finalized construction drawings and update the design/build price accordingly—no surprises.
5. System Installation
Our team handles all plumbing and mechanical system construction, in coordination with other trades as needed.
6. Closeout Documentation
We provide as-built drawings and comprehensive operation & maintenance
